18th -19th Indo Persian Mughal Wootz Damascus Dagger A rarely seen norther Indian Mughal dagger with a highly crafted Wootz Damascus blade. The dagger is also fitted with an armored piercing tip. The hilt is comprised of a all iron construction which is highly engraved and decorated with floral motifs. The center of the handle engraved with a symbol. Interestingly the handle also has a green gem stone set into it, this is likely an emerald stone as many arms were decorated with such valuable gems. The dagger is sturdy but has some light play. The blade still hold a super sharp edge and in certain areas you can see the beautiful pattern of the wootz Damascus. The most impressive part is the armored piercing tip.
